Insurance License Database is an evolving service. Coverage, features, pricing, and API behavior may change as we expand state coverage and refine the product. Material changes that affect existing customers are governed by any written agreement in place. Submitting a contact form does not create an obligation on either side until a separate written agreement is executed.
Data and Availability
License records sourced from state departments of insurance are public information. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee complete coverage or error-free results. Regulatory verification requirements may still require checking official state sources.
Limitation of Liability
The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential damages.
Trademarks
Insurance License Database is not affiliated with the National Insurance Producer Registry (NIPR), the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC), or any state department of insurance. Names of state agencies and regulators are used for descriptive purposes only.
